GC Titan has again confirmed the quality of its products
Since 2008 the Group of companies Titan has been regularly participating in the competition of the program “100 Best Goods of Russia.” In 2020 the synthetic butadiene-methylstyrene rubber SBR-1705 manufactured at the production facilities of “Omsky kauchuk” became the laureate of the prestigious federal quality review.
The solemn awarding of the winners of the All-Russian competition “100 Best Goods of Russia – 2020” took place on December 17th at the conference hall of Omsk Center for Standardization and Metrology, having acted as the regional organizer of the event. Two enterprises of the GC Titan – “Omsky kauchuk” plant and agro-industrial company “Titan-Agro” applied for the competition.
According to the expert assessment results, products of the Group of companies Titan were presented awards of different value. In the nomination “Products of industrial and technical importance”, beside the awarded “gold” title of the synthetic rubber laureate, methyl tert-butyl ether, alphamethylstyrene, acetone for industrial use and normal butane were highly appreciated and granted competition diplomas.
It should be noted that at present “Omsky kauchuk” produces six grades of synthetic butadiene-methylstyrene rubbers for general use. Two of them contain refined “green” oil and allow to manufacture tires with high environmental performance.
“The main principles of creating products by the GC Titan are represented by safety of technological processes, environmental friendliness of production and quality of products,” notes Sergey Sergeyev, Chief Process Engineer of the AO “Omsky kauchuk”. “This is the merit of the entire team, as each of us acts responsibly in relation to work at all stages of production. As a result, we obtain a wonderful and high-quality product.”
During the award ceremony for merits in the field of quality, the Badge of Honor for Excellence in Quality as per the Program “100 Best Goods of Russia” was awarded to Alexey Rodkin, process engineer of the group of shops of the AO “Omsky kauchuk” specialized in the production of alpha-methylstyrene. Also, for achievements in the field of production, the team of the AO GC Titan was awarded a letter of appreciation from the Governor of Omsk region.
The agro-industrial company “Titan-Agro” Ltd also appeared among the laureates, presenting pre-starter feed PK-5-1 for broilers from 1 to 14 days in the nomination “Food Products”. Oleg Soboslai, head of production of the Separate Subdivision of the Feed mill “Pushkinsky” was awarded the Badge of Honor for Excellence in Quality.”
The competition results once again confirmed the high quality of the products manufactured by the Group of companies Titan, as well as professionalism of its employees.
