Since June 2017, the Company has had a management system certified for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system).
In June 2020, the Company successfully underwent a re-certification audit of its management system, which resulted in the issuance of a 3-year ISO 9001:2015 compliance certificate to the Company.
Scope of management system certification: Production and sale of compound feed products.
The certification body is DQS Holding GmbH, an independent organisation, one of the leading international certifying authorities.
"Titan-Agro" Ltd. management promotes and positions the management system as a tool to increase consumer and other parties concerned confidence in the Company, control and analysis of key production and management processes, streamline Company operations, in order to make management decisions promptly and increase production efficiency.
To maintain compliance of the management system with specified requirements, to ensure its conformity with the Company's strategic development directions, effectiveness in terms of achieving set goals and actions related to risks and opportunities, as well as to plan development activities, the management system is reviewed annually by senior management.
Based on annual audits by representatives of the certification authority, compliance of the management system with international standards is confirmed.
