High-level production and management processes at “Titan-Agro” Ltd. enables the production and timely delivery of high-quality and safe products to Consumers in the required volume, while “Titan-Agro” Ltd. takes into account the interests of all parties concerned.
“Titan-Agro” Ltd. has implemented the management system based on the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems), as well as HACCP principles (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, food safety management systems).
Development and continuous improvement of the management system aimed at achieving the set goals is one of the main strategic management directions defined by the management of "Titan-Agro" Ltd.
Certificates
Since June 2017, the Company been operating a management system certified for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system).
In June 2023, the Company successfully passed a recertification audit of its management system, which resulted in a certificate of compliance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The international certificate issued based on the audit results is acknowledged in most countries of the world, in respect of the multilateral agreement (MLA IAF).

The management personnel of “Titan-Agro” Ltd. supports and positions the management system as a tool to increase the level of confidence in the Company on the part of consumers and other parties concerned, as well as to control and analyse key production and management processes, to streamline the Company's activities, to make timely management decisions and to improve production efficiency.
The management system is analysed annually to maintain compliance of the management system with the established requirements, to ensure its consistency with the Company's strategic development directions, and its effectiveness in terms of achieving the set goals and actions with regard to risks and opportunities, as well as to plan development measures.
