“Titan-Agro” Ltd. started selling products using an online "order desk"

In February, “Titan-Agro” Ltd. (part of the AO GC Titan) started working with the electronic platform "Order Desk". The program is designed specially for the agro-company to automate and, as a consequence, simplify processes related to the products sale.

Titan-Agro offers for sale pork in half-carcasse, category 2, of its own production with its online service. The program is currently being enriched with numerical values and is functioning in test mode within the company.

Online "Order Desk" will make it possible to streamline purchase histories and automate part of the work previously done manually by staff.

Formation of the customer database will also be simplified: managers do not need to enter customers into the database themselves, nor do they need to replenish the history of their enquiries and purchases. The program is integrated with the agro-company's website and communication channels with customers - now order information will be generated in a single system.

In addition, the e-platform makes it easier for contractors to work with orders. All services of "Titan-Agro" Ltd. product ordering function in the segment of half-carcass category 2 are online computer available as well as mobile.

"Order Desk" service has become available for contractors since the 15th of April 2023.
