Meat processing plant Titan-Agro develops new packaging

Pushkinsky meat processing plant put into operation a new machine - a compact traysealer. Its application complies with modern trends in packaging of meat semi-finished products. The unit is equipped with aluminum matrices for different types of packaging trays, the temperature controller of the working surface heating and shock absorber of the lid opening. It provides high-quality trimming and surface treatment, as well as the formation of a durable thermal seam. Sealer capacity is up to 30 units per minute. Its manufacturer is the South Korean company INDOKOR - one of the leaders in the Asian market of professional equipment for food production. High quality consumables - food plastic containers for sealing and a special food plastic heat sealable film were bought for the new machine. Such packaging is absolutely tight, which allows keeping properties of the product longer and is also convenient for transportation since it excludes possibility of accidental opening. "The use of the sealer will allow the enterprise to increase the productivity of the semi-finished products workshop, as well as to expand the possibility of packaging the finished product and make it more attractive for the buyer", - commented the director of the meat processing plant Alexander Kelin. Several kinds of natural and chopped semi-finished products are already produced in plastic containers: goulash, stew, sausages for frying, cutlets etc. We should note that at the moment the products of Pushkinsky meat processing plant are sold both in the Omsk region and outside of it (Primorsky and Krasnoyarsky territories, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, Novosibirsk region and other regions).
