New equipment was installed in the laboratory of “Titan-Agro”

The production and technology laboratory at the feed mill "Pushkinsky" (separate subdivision of "Titan-Agro" Ltd.) has received new equipment - a modern infrared analyzer unit. Infrascan 1050" (St. Petersburg), a Russian-made device, was delivered to the department for physical and mechanical tests of the production and technical laboratory. It is designed for incoming raw material control for compound feed production - grain, meal, oilcake, full-fat extruded soybeans and bran. This infrared analyser performs express spectral analyses of nutritional parameters: crude protein, fibre and fat. In addition to the nutritional values, moisture content of the incoming raw materials is also determined. The time required to determine all indicators does not exceed one minute. It should be noted that more than 100 units of modern analytical and measuring equipment have been installed in the subdivision, including, in addition to IR analyzers, high-tech atomic absorption spectrometer, liquid and gas chromatographs, EIA analyzer and others. All this makes it possible to control the product quality and the quality of incoming raw materials at all production stages. Modern equipment of the laboratory makes it possible to produce feed of exceptionally high quality, which is confirmed by both controlling bodies and consumers of the plant's products. In 2016, Titan-Agro's compound feed won the federal stage of "100 Best Goods of Russia" programme in the Food Products category. Currently, the products of the Feed Mill "Pushkinsky" are sold both in Omsk Region and outside of it (Tyumen, Novosibirsk, and Sverdlovsk Regions, as well as to other regions).
