Titan-Agro summarized the results of the national project #labourproductivity.

The company of the Group of companies Titan increased production volume supported within the national project #labourproductivity.

Work output per person at the Meat Processing Plant «Pushkinsky», where lean production tools had been implemented, increased by more than 10%.

Experts from the Regional Competence Centre assisted the company in implementing lean production tools. Denis Kushner, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the region, visited the territory of the enterprise.

During 6 months, the company's employees together with the experts of the Regional Competence Centre have been implementing lean production tools at the semi-finished products manufacturing site. Changes were made at the production site resulting in productivity growth exceeding 10%.
